Hayden Panettiere of "Heroes" fame and New York Jets wide receiver Scotty McKnight enjoyed a PDA-filled vacation in Hawaii last week.
The couple shared photos of themselves looking terribly happy while cuddling in a hammock, dining with McKnight's parents and hanging out poolside - the actress in an orange bikini and the football player in black and green striped board shorts.
"Nothin like some Hawaiian sun after hard work!!!" Panettiere Tweeted on April 6.
Her beau posted his own photo, holding the actress in his arms with the caption, "Just doin some human curls by the pool...like my man Ron Burgundy I did over 1000."
Panettiere, who supports several animal rights activist groups, was in town to volunteer for the Pacific Whale Foundation.
Panettiere and McKnight, 23, met in 2011 through the NFL player's teammate Mark Sanchez, who Panettiere was mistakenly linked to after photos emerged of the couple dining at an In-n-Out Burger in California.
A source told E! News at the time that McKnight was actually present at the burger date, but managed to escape the paparazzi cameras.
The 22-year-old actress split up with heavyweight boxer Wladimir Klitschko, 36, in 2011 after dating for two years, her spokesperson confirmed to OnTheRedCarpet.com.
She also dated her "Heroes" co-star Milo Ventimiglia, 34, for two years before breaking up in 2009.
Panettiere is known for her cheerleader role in the series "Heroes" and recently starred in the film "Scream 4" and the controversial Lifetime movie, "Amanda Knox: Murder on Trial in Italy."
Panettiere can be seen next in the movie "Carmel," which stars Josh Hutcherson as a teenage boy who arrives in Carmel, California and is inducted into a community of art forgers.
