With the exception of a few Tweets denying and making fun of her fertility rumors, Khloe Kardashian has kept quiet about her troubles around getting pregnant since the most recent season of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" last year.

However, during an episode of "Khloe & Lamar" that aired last night, Khloe is seen talking to her sister Kim about a gossip report that claimed she was spotted leaving a fertility clinic in Dallas.

"The rumors are so crazy. I'm not having invitro and this and that, like leave me alone," Khloe Kardashian tells the camera in the clip, which can be seen below.

The conversation between Kim and Khloe took place after the sisters found out that Kourtney was pregnant with her second child.

"I'm not jealous of Kourt," Khloe said. "I just don't get how you could get pregnant when you only had sex one time."

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick's relationship and lack of intimacy was covered during the previous season of "Kim & Kourtney Take New York."

Earlier on in the episode, Lamar Odom's grandmother asks Khloe when she'll have another grandchild to dote on and Lamar admits after hearing the news of Kourtney's pregnancy that he was briefly jealous. "Damn, they get to have another baby and I don't," he recalled thinking.

Odom is already a father to two children, 14-year-old Destiny and 10-year-old Lamar Jr. with his ex-girlfriend Liza Morales. The former couple had a third child named Jayden in 2005 but the six-month-old infant died in June 2006 from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.

Kardashian married the former Los Angeles Lakers basketball player in September 2009. The couple appears on "Keeping up with the Kardashians" and the spin-off, "Khloe & Lamar." Odom was traded to the Dallas Mavericks in December but was put on the inactive list for the rest of the season last week. Previously, he had been with the Lakers since 2004. Before that he played for the Miami Heat for a season and started out his career with the Los Angeles Clippers.
