Kate Walsh says there is a "very intense" episode coming up for her character during the rest of the fifth season of "Private Practice," with regard to the sexual tension between her and Benjamin Bratt's.
The ABC medical drama returns from a mid-season hiatus on a new day, on Tuesday, April 17, moving from Thursday nights. Walsh, 44, stars as main character Dr. Addison Montgomery, while Benjamin Bratt, 48, portrays her on-screen love interest, Dr. Jake Reilly.
Warning: Spoiler alert!
"We have moments. There are some moments. There's a good one coming up. There's a very intense episode where some stuff happens. We don't know where it's going to go," Walsh told OnTheRedCarpet.com.
"I think built off of the end of last season, where there was pure electricity, they got together, and then it changed at the beginning of this season when they start working together professionally," Bratt added. "I think we both are really excited about this real friendship, which is based on mutual respect, but also a kind of unspoken physical attraction."
"It's lead them down a road that might lead to something actually happening, but it hasn't happened yet," he said. "Will it happen? It happens a little bit."
Walsh recently turned heads when she posed nude for fitness magazine Shape. The actress showed off a toned body and talked to Shape about her diet and exercise routines.
