Anna Paquin and husband Stephen Moyer, who plays her vampire love interest on "True Blood," are expecting their first child together.
The 29-old actress and the 42-year-old actor married in August 2010. Paquin's spokesperson confirmed the pregnancy to OnTheRedCarpet.com.
This is the first child for the actress, who is due to give birth in the fall, according to People magazine. Moyer has a son and daughter from previous relationships.
The pair met on the set of "True Blood," which debuted in 2008. Paquin plays Sookie Stackhouse, a telepathic waitress from Louisiana, while Moyer plays vampire Bill Compton. The series is set to return for its fifth season on June 10.
The actress is also known for her role as Rogue in the first "X-Men" film series and won an Oscar in 1994, when she was 11, for her performance as the daughter of a mute pianist in the film "The Piano." (Check out her Oscar speech. She is the youngest Academy Award winner in history.
