LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian celebrated their first wedding anniversary over the weekend with a "staycation" and jewelry, according to the country singer's Twitter account.

"I think we are packed for our 'stay cation' Good times ahead," Rimes Tweeted on April 19 about her anniversary plans. "Here's to a great weekend and an amazing one year anniversary."

"I gave Eddie his anniversary gift early. I can never wait! He was so cute, he loved it so much he wore it to bed. For you dirty minds, it was a watch," she Tweeted on April 20. "I just thought that was super cute. All boys, no matter what age love their toys a lot."

On April 22, Rimes Tweeted a photo of a ring with a green stone with small diamonds around it. She wrote, "I have a very thoughtful husband with GREAT taste!!!!"

Shortly after she Tweeted another photo of a necklace with an angel wing pendant and wrote, "Angels gave me a gift....so pretty! What a great day already!"

Rimes and Cibrian went public with their romance back in 2009 after falling in love on the set of the Lifetime movie, "Northern Lights." At the time, Cibrian was still married to Glanville while Rimes was married to Dean Sheremet. Rimes and Sheremet divorced in June 2010 while Cibrian and Glanville finalized their divorce in October 2010. Cibrian and Glanville have two sons together, 7-year-old Mason and 4-year-old Jake.

Rimes and Cibrian moved in together in the summer of 2010 and got engaged in December 2010 when Cibrian proposed with a 5-carat diamond ring. The two wed on April 22, 2011 in a small ceremony in Malibu, California.

Cibrian appeared on the short lived NBC series "The Playboy Club" and has had roles on "CSI: Miami," "Ugly Betty," "Sunset Beach" and "Third Watch."

Weeks after their wedding, Rimes posted photos of herself in bikinis and raised concern among many that she may have lost too much weight.

Rimes has often defended her body and diet, especially on her Twitter account, which she often updates several times an hour and uses to chat with fans and critics.

Rimes and Cibrian opened up about the subject of bullying at the Trevor Project's annual benefit "Trevor Live" in Los Angeles in December. The group, which leads in suicide prevention efforts among gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered youths, has garnered much support from the Hollywood community.
