Hilary Duff is the proud mom of a baby boy named Luca Cruz Comrie and opened up recently about breastfeeding and her workout obsession to lose the baby weight.
The former Disney star told Us Weekly recently, "I'm breastfeeding now so that's a really wonderful experience -- challenging but wonderful."
She added, "My favorite thing is feeling that incredible amount of love when you meet your baby and you wake up the next morning and you think, 'Wow!'"
Duff and her husband Mike Comrie welcomed Luca Cruz on Tuesday, March 20. Duff gave fans a first look at her son in a photo posted on her official Facebook page on April 3 saying, "Baby Luca, 2 weeks old :)"
The 24-year-old also talked to the magazine about her favorite new spin class to help shed some baby weight. "I just started about a week ago at SoulCycle and I'm addicted to it," she said. "It's a great workout and it's perfect because it's only forty-five minutes -- where else can you sweat like that in forty-five minutes?"
However, Duff said she's not too worried about shedding the weight fast, "I'm not stressing about it. I'm working out because I honestly missed it during my pregnancy ?- getting in that good, hard workout."
