Kiefer Sutherland likes to rock out - and sometimes, with a little help from a furry friend.
The 45-year-old actor, star of "24" and the new FOX series "Touch," recently posted a video on Twitter that shows him sitting down and playing an acoustic guitar as a large black dog howls along.
"Even the dog can sing better than me," Sutherland said.
It is unclear if the pet belongs to him. His spokesperson had no immediate comment. Sutherland has in the past been photographed walking a German shepherd and what appears to be a yellow Labrador mix.
Sutherland owns several guitars as well as a recording studio and even a record label in Los Angeles. On March 11, more than a week before the mystery drama series "Touch" debuted on FOX, he Tweeted a photo of himself playing a different guitar than the one seen in the dog video, saying: "@TOUCHonTV Thank you to everyone in Madrid who made our trip so special. This guitar is a beautiful gift."
"Touch" is earning modest ratings but is still not winning its time slot on Thursdays at 9 p.m., when ABC's "Grey's Anatomy" and CBS' "Person of Interest" airs. "Touch" is, however, overtaking NBC's "The Office" and The CW's "The Secret Circle," according to ratings seen in recent weeks.
The FOX show has yet to be renewed for a second season. The networks are expected to announce such decisions in May.
Sutherland was the star of another funny online video that was posted in 2006 - he was seen charging into a Christmas tree at a London hotel while intoxicated. No charges were filed and the actor has since joked about the incident. posted a photo on Dec. 19, 2012 that showed him pretending to reenact the incident, with the words "(Just kidding) Happy holidays!"
