Beyonce graces the cover of the magazine's special double issue. She told People that she feels more beautiful now that she has given birth.
"I have never felt so connected, never felt like I had such a purpose on this Earth," she said.
The 30-year-old singer also says her new baby makes her feel more connected and purposeful. Beyonce, who is married to rapper Jay-Z, gave birth to a Blue Ivy Carter in January.
"The best thing about having a daughter is having a true legacy," she told the magazine. "The word `love' means something completely different now."
Other celebrities on the list include Julia Roberts, Nicole Kidman and Jessica Pare of "Mad Men."
