Kristin Cavallari and her fiancé Jay Cutler are expecting a baby boy, the NFL player's teammate Earl Bennett revealed.
"A baby on the way, he's having a boy and you know, I'm excited for Jay - it's a great time," Bennett said on Chicago's "Boers and Bernstein" podcast on May 1.
Cavallari has not addressed the news getting out, but told Glamoholic magazine in March that her fiancé wanted a boy.
"I think every guy wants a guy to carry on the name," Cavallari told Glamoholic. "But he doesn't care. I just want to have a healthy baby."
Cavallari and Cutler broke their Twitter silence about their big baby news on January 23 and both revealed they're "excited" about expecting their first child together.
"Thanks for all the sweet messages! We are so excited for this little bun in the oven," Cavallari wrote to her 741,000 Twitter followers on January 23.
Cavallari, 25, is best known for starring in reality shows like "Laguna Beach," "The Hills" and "Dancing With The Stars." Cutler, 29, is a quarterback for the Chicago Bears.
The couple has been dating on-and-off since the fall of 2010. Cutler proposed to Cavallari during a trip to Cabo San Lucas in April 2011.
In September, the pair reunited and Cutler was spotted in the "DWTS" audience, cheering on Cavallari during her stint on the reality dancing competition. She was voted off of the series in the third week, much to the surprise of her fellow contestants.
Cavallari then said in November that she and Cutler were engaged once again.
"This time its official," Cavallari wrote on Twitter. "Jay and I are engaged again :)."
