Demi Moore is no longer "MrsKutcher" on Twitter. The 49-year-old actress debuted a new handle on the social networking site on May 3 to reflect her single status.
Moore, who has 4.9 million followers on the site, will now go by @JustDemi. "So hard finding a name that was fun somewhat playful and available," she wrote in a Tweet on May 3. "So for now it will be@justdemi It could grow on me!"
Moore appears in a new film with Miley Cyrus called "LOL" which hits theaters on May 4. She plays Cyrus' mother in the movie
The actress returned from a 3 month long Twitter hiatus last month after reportedly undergoing treatment at a rehab center in Utah and taking a Caribbean vacation following her split from Ashton Kutcher.
Moore had previously addressed questions about changing her Twitter username following her split from Kutcher. "Changing my twitter name isn't a top priority right now," Moore, who lives in Los Angeles, Tweeted on December 14. "Sorry it bothers so many of u. should I not tweet until I do? Does it really matter?"
She was said to have completed a rehab stint at the famed Cirque Lodge in Sundance, Utah earlier this month. Her spokesperson said the actress, who appeared frail in photos last year, was dealing with exhaustion, while several reports said she was seeking treatment for an addiction to undisclosed substances and an eating disorder.
Moore entered the rehab center a week after she was rushed to a Los Angeles medical facility on January 23. A censored recording of a shocking 911 call made from her home prior to her hospitalization was released to the media (listen to it here).
Moore announced in November that she had decided to end her six-year marriage to Kutcher, 34.
Kutcher recently faced his own controversy on May 3, when his ad for PopChips was pulled over allegations that the "Two and a Half Men" star is wearing "brown face."
