The incident happened at the intersection of Victory Boulevard and Densmore Avenue at about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Police said the hit-and-run driver slammed his pickup truck broadside into a white sedan.
A witness said the pickup then rolled over and landed back on its wheels before the suspect drove off.
Police are looking for the male driver of a dark, early-2000 model Ford Ranger pickup truck.
