Noe Yanez was arrested last month for possession of child pornography. Authorities said he was re-arrested after Long Beach police continued the investigation and interviewed additional victims.
Among the new charges is arranging to meet a minor for lewd purposes. Yanez has been suspended without pay since the first arrest.
