Rihanna has finally unfollowed her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown on Twitter after he seemingly slammed her in a rap remix of Kanye West's "Way Too Cold (Theraflu)."

Brown released a remix of West's song, where he freestyle raps, "Don't [expletive] with my old [expletive] / like a bad fur / every industry [expletive] done had her / Trick or treat like a pumpkin / just to smash her."

After fans accused Brown of continuing his abuse of Rihanna, he Tweeted, "Assumptions! I didn't say any names so if u took offense to it then its something you feel guilty about."

Rihanna unfollowed Brown, who promptly unfollowed her as well. As recently as May 5, Rihanna was in communication with the singer on the social networking site, Tweeting, "Happy Birthday @chrisbrown."

The pair recently appeared to be on good terms, collaborating on two tracks together.

Brown assaulted Rihanna, who was his girlfriend at the time, after a pre-Grammy Awards party in 2009. He pleaded guilty to a felony charge was sentenced to five years of probation and six months of community service and was ordered by the courts to receive domestic violence courses for a year.

Rihanna recently told Elle Magazine that the break up and event, "gave me guns. I was like, well, [expletive]. They know more about me than I want them to know. It's embarrassing... But that was my opening. That was my liberation - my moment of bring it. Now you know that, so you can say what you want about it. I don't have anything to hide."

In February, the singers released singles that featured guest vocals from one another. Rihanna recorded a remix of her song "Birthday Cake" and Brown released a remix of his song "Turn Up the Music."

Rihanna landed in the hospital on May 8 and received an IV drip to treat "exhaustion and dehydration." The singer posted a photo of the IV in her arm on her official Twitter account.
