A 17-year-old girl was waiting for a ride home from school near the intersection of Foothill Street and Azalea Avenue, according to police.
A man seated in an SUV asked the girl if she wanted a ride. The girl looked at the man and saw that he was masturbating, according to police. She ran away and the suspect drove away.
The girl then saw the suspect moments later in the residential area. The girl then ran to Los Amigos High School.
The suspect was described as a clean-shaven Hispanic male about 20 to 30 years old with dark hair and big ears and chubby cheeks. He was wearing a gray long-sleeve shirt.
The vehicle was described as a white mid-1990s Chevrolet Suburban with California license plates. The vehicle had tinted windows and 22-inch chrome rims.
