Ventura school vandalized; Suspects sought

VENTURA, Calif.

Authorities say an unknown number of suspects entered Our Lady of Assumption School through a window between 7 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Saturday. Upon entry, a fire extinguisher was discharged and water was dumped over computers, phones and photocopiers, causing extensive damage. The suspect or suspects then left school grounds.

The investigation is on-going. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call the Ventura Police Department at (805) 339-4343. Anyone with information that leads to an arrest could receive up to $1,000.
