The Foundation for the Advancement of Women Now was founded by Blige and a record producer.
According to multiple reports, the charity has not paid several singers who performed at a benefit concert last year. The entertainers say the checks they received bounced.
The group of singers is now suing the charity for more than $167,000.
The foundation is also being sued by a bank for defaulting on a loan.
