Police arrested 21-year-old Esequiel Cisneros of Rialto. Officers said he was positively identified in a triple shooting that happened Tuesday morning.
The victims were at a makeshift memorial site of a recently murdered friend. One of the victims, 19-year-old Gregorio Gonzalez, died at the scene. The other two survived.
There has been a dramatic spike in murders in San Bernardino. Tuesday's was the 12th murder in May. Police said gangs may be to blame for the violence.
