Authorities say the suspect broke into the Versailles management office, located in the 900 block of Cagney Lane, on May 18. Surveillance footage shows the suspect removing several tools from the office's maintenance room.
The suspect is described as a white male between 30 and 35 years old, about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing about 160 pounds. He has a thin build, a mustache and dark hair.
