Thousand Oaks residents Kyle Allan Frazee and Dustin Thomas Queen, both 18, were arrested Friday morning after police received a call about suspicious activity in the 700 block of Lynnmere Drive. When officers arrived, they found Frazee and Queen loading property into a vehicle.
An investigation launched that day revealed the two were tied to several other thefts that occurred near Lynnemere Drive and Calle Yucca. The suspects are said to have targeted locked cars with items left in plain view and unlocked cars that allowed easy access.
Both Frazee and Queen were arrested for theft and possession of stolen property. They were booked at the East County Jail on $10,000 bail.
