It happened just before 3 a.m. Tuesday on the 11000 block of Braddock Drive. Police say three people in an SUV pulled up next to another vehicle. A man then got out of the SUV and opened fire on two people in the other vehicle.
The driver was shot in the chest and arm. The passenger was shot in the back. Both are expected to survive. A motive for the shooting was unknown.
