"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Lisa Vanderpump's former mansion was saved by firefighters on Friday night, after nearly burning down.
The mansion, which was shown in the opening credits of the reality series and the site of Vanderpump's daughter Pandora's wedding, had about $1.25 million worth of damage - $1 million structural and $250,000 contents) the Los Angeles Fire Department said in a statement.
"Yes sadly I heard...a lot of wonderful memories, including my daughters wedding...I am glad to have shared it with you," Vanderpump Tweeted to fans on June 29, adding, "Thank you for your concern, fire in these hills are always very worrying, fire department did an excellent job, hope the injured officers ok."
Fellow "Real Housewives" co-star and former neighbor, Adrienne Maloof's husband Paul Nassif, MD confirmed on Twitter that it was Vanderpump's former home after telling fans that the house was on fire.
"At home with the family and smelled smoke. The house across the street from us is on fire. All of us here are OK!," Nassif Tweeted on June 29.
The fire was believed to be started by an exterior waterproofing operation which utilized a torch. A thorough investigation will determine the exact cause.
One firefighter was injured after a beam from the home's structure fell on his head. He was transported to a local hospital in serious, but stable condition.
The reality star sold the property in September. The mansion was listed at $29 million, though the final sale price was undisclosed. Vanderpump and her husband moved into a smaller $12 million estate.

Vanderpump will also return for a third season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," along with veterans Kyle and Kim Richards, Adrienne Maloof, Taylor Armstrong and Brandi Glanville.
