Lisa Kudrow is back for another season of sessions on Showtime with "Web Therapy."
The former "Friends" star talked to OnTheRedCarpet.com recently about what is in store for the new season as well as which of her former co-stars are going to appear on the show.
"David Schwimmer is going to be in it, so that's pretty exciting," Kudrow said. "I couldn't believe it when he said, 'Yeah, yeah. I'd love to.'"
In the series, which started out exclusively online before Showtime began airing the first season last year, Kudrow plays a therapist named Fiona Wallice who treats people via webcam. Her character is trying to attract investors into promoting her new "web therapy" technique for a worldwide operation.
"I guess maybe if Meryl Streep has done it then other people will yeah it's alright to do," Kudrow said. The Academy Award-winning actress appeared in three episodes of the show last season.
"Web Therapy" has also had guest appearances by Julia Louis-Dreyfus Rashida Jones, Selma Blair, Jane Lynch, Molly Shannon, Rosie O'Donnell and Kudrow's "Friends" co-star Courteney Cox.
Kudrow says there will be one more big named guest star.
"Conan O'Brien," the 48-year-old actress said. "He doesn't do this stuff. It's really exciting and he's fantastic too. He's playing himself. Fiona doesn't see the show, she doesn't know who he is and just assumes he's a ne'er-do-well."
"Web Therapy" season 2 premieres on July 2 at 11 p.m. on Showtime. Check out a preview below.
