'Octomom' Nadya Suleman sued by Florida strip club for canceled shows

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.

T's Lounge in West Palm Beach said Suleman reneged on a deal to perform there and then agreed to appear at a competing place, The Playhouse Gentleman's Club.

Suleman's representative had told T's Lounge she was canceling because she was angered by a television interview in which a club bartender called her "crazy."

T's Lounge is suing for an amount in excess of $15,000. Suleman has been ordered to appear in court, but no hearing has been set.

The Southern California mother rose to fame when she gave birth to octuplets in 2009. She has since sunk into financial ruin, recently declaring bankruptcy. She has a total of 14 children.
