The incident occurred at 501 Cooper Road around 11:30 p.m. Sunday. The victim told officers she was attacked just before the place closed. The suspect fled the scene.
Police said surveillance cameras captured the assault.
A 14-year-old suspect was arrested at about 11:50 a.m. and booked at Ventura County Juvenile Hall. His name was not released due to his age.
