LA plastic surgeon arrested for allegedly filming naked patients

LOS ANGELES

Wyatt was arrested on six misdemeanor counts Thursday.

Prosecutors say he secretly filmed two female patients while they were undressed. He's also accused of sexual battery for inappropriately touching his female patients on more than one occasion

The complaint says one female patient discovered the camera inside his office, took it and gave it to police.

The /*Medical Board of California*/ fears there could be other victims.

"Patients deserve to feel safe and secure while in the care of their physician. Our charges allege Dr. Wyatt violated that sacred trust and he should be held accountable," said /*Los Angeles City Attorney Carmen Trutanich*/.

If convicted, Wyatt faces a maximum of two years behind bars and lifetime registration as a sex offender. Wyatt was released on $50,000 bond Thursday.

Wyatt has been featured on "The Doctors" TV show, and on ABC's "20/20," he told Deborah Roberts about the benefits of butt augmentations for African-American women. Wyatt has a daughter. He advertises his skills in breast augmentation, brow lift, eyelift surgery and beyond on a website.

Neighbors said Wyatt just moved from his Sherman Oaks home weeks ago. Wyatt reportedly has a daughter.

ABC7 could not reach Wyatt or his accusers for comment Thursday.
