Wyatt was arrested on six misdemeanor counts Thursday.
Prosecutors say he secretly filmed two female patients while they were undressed. He's also accused of sexual battery for inappropriately touching his female patients on more than one occasion.
The complaint says one female patient discovered the camera inside his office, took it and gave it to police.
The Medical Board of California fears there could be other victims.
"Patients deserve to feel safe and secure while in the care of their physician. Our charges allege Dr. Wyatt violated that sacred trust and he should be held accountable," said Los Angeles City Attorney Carmen Trutanich.
If convicted, Wyatt faces a maximum of two years behind bars and lifetime registration as a sex offender. Wyatt was released on $50,000 bond Thursday.
