Kendall Jenner has signed on to make her acting debut on the CBS crime drama series, "Hawaii Five-O."
"I am SO excited to reveal to you all that I am going to be making my acting debut on Hawaii Five-O. My episode will air in October this year and I can't wait to get started on filming," Jenner wrote on her blog on August 17. "This is such an incredible opportunity for me and I'm excited for this new experience."
Jenner's older sisters have also done guest appearances on several TV series. Kim Kardashian had a multiple-episode arc on Lifetime's "Drop Dead Diva," and episodes of "Last Man Standing," "90210" and "How I Met Your Mother." Khloe Kardashian appeared on "90210" and "Law & Order: LA."
16-year-old Jenner has been busy, she launched a modeling career last year and appears with her 14-year-old sister Kylie Jenner on the September cover of Seventeen magazine, which they were recently named West Coast Fashion Contributors.
The high school students not only have a Seventeen magazine gig and appear regularly on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," they also have a young adult book in the works, which will reportedly be a science fiction story, "set 200 years in the future."
When recently asked whether they planned to follow their Kardashian sister's footsteps in building a fashion empire, Kendall told OnTheRedCarpet.com, "That would be amazing and it's obviously something that we would love to do, but we'll just see what happens!"
