Police say the 26-year-old was involved in a minor crash Aug. 4. She reportedly looked at the other vehicle, determined there was no damage and then drove away. She failed to give her information, which is required by law.
Police say the other car had $800 in damage.
The case has been turned over to the city attorney for review. Bynes pleaded not guilty to a DUI charge in April.
