Hilary Swank reportedly parted ways with her boyfriend of 5-years, John Campisi earlier in the summer.
Swank and the talent agent ended their relationship in May, the actress' rep told People magazine on August 20. They began dating in 2007.
Swank was previously married to Chad Lowe for nine years, before divorcing in 2006.
The actress most recently appeared in the star-studded cast of "New Year's Eve." She won two Oscars for her performances in "Boys Don't Cry" and "Million Dollar Baby."
Swank has spent the summer filming "Mary & Martha" in South Africa and Wilmington, North Carolina. The film, which tells of two mothers who lose their sons to malaria, also stars Sam Claflin and James Woods.
The 37-year-old actress raised eyebrows last year for attending a concert held in Chechnya in honor of the 35th birthday of extremely controversial Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov on October 5. The actress has since spoke out and admitted that she didn't "know where she was going."
Swank will next appear opposite Matthew McConaughey in "The Dallas Buyer's Club," about an AIDS patient who, after being told to "go home and die," sought underground pharmacies selling HIV drugs not approved in the U.S. and eventually prolonged the lives of thousands of people and himself.
