Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi on Sunday gave birth to her first child, a boy named Lorenzo Dominic LaValle.
The "Jersey Shore" star and fiancé, Jionni LaValle, welcomed the healthy 6-pound, 5-ounce baby just before 3 a.m. Sunday in Livingston, N.J., according to MTV.
The proud mama tweeted the news about her new "little man."
"I am SO IN LOVE with my son Lorenzo Dominic ! I had my little man last night, healthy at 6lbs! HE'S MY WORLD!" she posted on Twitter.
Polizzi has said that her wild days are a thing of the past as "being a mom changes you." Snooki announced her pregnancy and engagement to boyfriend Jionni LaValle in March.
"We couldn't be happier for Nicole and Jionni on the healthy delivery of their baby boy!," MTV said in a statement, according to the Associated Press. "We look forward to Lorenzo's first trip to the Jersey Shore and can't wait to see his first animal print onesie."
Polizzi currently stars in MTV's spin-off, "Snooki & JWoww," with her "Jersey Shore" co-star Jenni "JWoww" Farley. The network recently announced that the series has been renewed for a second season and will focus on the two women who "try to live their lives to the fullest while balancing adulthood and the unexpected surprise of parenthood."
Season 6 of "Jersey Shore" will premiere on Thursday, October 4 at 10 p.m. on MTV. All of the original cast members returned to the house in Seaside Heights, New Jersey for the new season with the exception of Polizzi, who will appear in the new season but did not live with the roommates.
