Isaac Krivashei, 72, was taken into custody on Sunday. Authorities say both victims were molested several years ago.
Investigators say the first victim was molested in 1978 when the victim was between 8 and 12 years old. The second victim was molested in 2005 when the victim was between 7 and 10 years old.
Krivashei owns Image Maker Photography in Mission Viejo. Because he had access to children through his business, authorities are concerned there may be more victims.
