Courtney Stodden turned 18 on August 29 and received several offers to appear in pornographic films, which was not a surprise to her mother.

"In the back of my mind, I knew that would probably happen when she turned 18," Krista Stodden told ABCNews.com. "We're used to this. For some reason, people are really just fascinated with her."

Krista Stodden, who signed a consent form allowing her daughter to marry 51-year-old actor Doug Hutchison at age 16, said that though her daughter was not interested in porn, she would consider it.

"Playboy, we have a lot of respect for," she said. "There have been a lot of wonderful women who posed for Playboy that have gone on to do really great things. [Courtney's] not ruling that one out at all."

Courtney Stodden has been open about her sexuality, since marrying a man more than three times her age, sharing nearly nude photographs and sexually explicit Twitter posts, often utilizing alliteration.

According to TMZ, Stodden received offers from adult sites like Brazzers.com, which wants her to appear opposite male porn star Kerian Lee and Babes.com, which has already written a script based off of her Tweets, entitled "Happily Humping My Hubby."

For her eighteenth birthday, Hutchison gifted Stodden with an Italian greyhound puppy, which she named Dourtney. The aspiring reality star also got her wish of appearing on television, after wrapping filming of VH1's "Couples Therapy," along with 52-year-old Hutchison.

On the series, the pair and four other couples received "intense counseling" in their relationships. Hutchison reportedly got into a spat with fellow contestant Nik Richie, who is said to have called him a "child molester" on the show.

Krista Stodden said that she hopes the reality series will help break down assumptions made about her daughter and son-in-law and allow viewers to "finally get to know them."

Hutchison, who is best known for his roles in "The Green Mile" and "LOST," received a lot of criticism and death threats after marrying his teenage bride.

Last year, the pair opened up about their relationship on "Good Morning America" and Hutchison confessed that he did not know Stodden was underage when they began their online courtship.

Hutchison was dropped by his manager and agent after the wedding. His mother and brother have also cut ties over the controversial union.

The couple told "Good Morning America" that they are being courted by producers interested in creating a reality show and "see the goldmine potential in their relationship."

Hutchison, who played DHARMA initiative leader and resident hippie Horace Goodspeed on "LOST," wed Stodden in Las Vegas in May 2011. According to a statement on the actor's website, "Doug Anthony Hutchison and Courtney Alexis Stodden became husband and wife on Friday May 20th, 2011, at 12 pm in The Little Chapel of Flowers in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. and Mrs. Hutchison live together happily ensconced in their Hollywood Hills home with their lil' pups, Everette and Tuna."
