LeAnn Rimes delivered her first live performance on Friday night, since entering a treatment program for stress and anxiety issues.

The country singer performed in Eau Claire, Wisconsin on September 7 and reportedly told the audience, "I'm pissed off at a lot of things, and I just can't say it. So it comes out in the music."

"I'm totally cool and so happy. I think I'm about to cry," Rimes told the audience, according to People magazine. "Thanks for being awesome fans... patient and understanding."

Following the concert, Rimes Tweeted, "I have the best fans ever! Thank you for all your prayers, patience and unwavering love."

Rimes performed several songs from her upcoming album, including her single "Spitfire." She is scheduled to perform in Iowa and Indiana, before returning to a California treatment facility.

"EXTREMELY excited to perform for the next 3 nights. My sweetness drove me to the airport this morning & I'm on my way! See you there," Rimes Tweeted after leaving treatment.

Rimes entered a 30-day treatment facility on August 29, to deal with anxiety and stress. The singer turned 30 years old the day before seeking treatment.

"LeAnn has voluntarily entered a 30 day in-patient treatment facility to cope with anxiety and stress," her rep Marcel Pariseau told People magazine. "While there will be speculation regarding her treatment, she is simply there to learn and develop coping mechanisms. While privacy isn't expected, it's certainly appreciated."

After entering treatment, Rimes filed a $25,000 lawsuit against two women who she claims illegally tape-recorded her during a phone conversation. The leaked conversation, which took place last spring and was posted online, depicts Rimes arguing with a former Twitter follower about her husband's ex-wife, Brandi Glanville.

Rimes and Cibrian, 39, received criticism when they went public with their romance, as the two were both still married when they met on the set of the Lifetime movie, "Northern Lights." Cibrian was still married to Glanville while Rimes was married to Dean Sheremet.

Rimes and Sheremet divorced in June 2010 while Cibrian and Glanville finalized their divorce in October 2010. Cibrian and Glanville have two sons together - 9-year-old Mason and 5-year-old Jake.

Rimes and Cibrian moved in together in the summer of 2010 and got engaged in December 2010. The two wed on April 22, 2011 in a small ceremony in Malibu, California. They renewed their vows on April 27.

Weeks after their wedding, Rimes posted photos of herself in bikinis and raised concern among many that she may have lost too much weight.

Rimes has often defended her body and diet, especially on her Twitter account, which she often updates several times an hour and uses to chat with fans and critics.
