Britney Spears picked up some new dance moves on Tuesday, September 11, during her appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."
Spears, who was on the program with Simon Cowell to promote the premiere of "The X-Factor," learned the dance moves to the viral YouTube hit "Gangnam Style" by PSY.
DeGeneres mentioned Spears Tweeted about wanting to learn the dance and then introduced Psy to teach both DeGeneres and Spears his dance.
"Mindset of this dance is dress classy and dance cheesy," Psy instructed Spears.
He then taught them to do the galloping dance, which Spears did wearing high heels.
PSY, a 34-year-old South Korean rapper whose real name is Park Jae-Sang, released "Gangnam Style" video on YouTube in mid-July and at press time the video has over 146 million views on YouTube. The rapper recently appeared at the MTV Video Music Awards.
Spears will make her debut as a judge on "The X-Factor" along with Demi Lovato when the show premieres its second season on Wednesday, September 12 at 9 p.m. on Fox.
