The shootings occurred on Aug. 11 and 13. The arrests were made after Moorpark police and units from the Ventura County Sheriff's Department served search warrants at 10 homes in Moorpark on Sept. 13 and 14.
The searches turned up evidence linked with many other crimes outside of the two shootings. The charges included drug possession, child endangerment and violating parole.
All 10 who were arrested are from Moorpark: Jose Christobal Ayala, 20; Larry John Reyes, 22; Ricardo Mendoza, 38; Clark Ryan Mendoza, 23; Michael Lopez, 39; Alfredo Gutierrez, 36; Edgar Godinez, 31; Randy Joe Gomez, 38; Anthony Tito Gomez, 39; Tiffany Nicole Davis, 21.
