Carrie Underwood recently gave a 12-year-old boy his first kiss, on the mouth. And everyone totally saw it.
The 29-year-old country star had invited the lucky guy, Chase, to come up on stage during her concert at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Kentucky on Saturday night. He had held up a sign asking for her to be his first kiss. The venue seats more than 17,000 people.
After he told her he was 12, Underwood told the audience: "I was 14 when I had my very first kiss and just so you know, my husband is somewhere in this building, probably backstage, so he might be looking for you later.
"How are we going to do this?" she asked Chase.
"Lip to lip," he replied into the microphone, as the audience cheered.
"This is the smartest kid ever," she said. "Alright, here we go. close your eyes."
She then gave him a peck on the lips.
"Lip to lip! The only time that's going to happen!" she said.
The singer posted a picture of the on-stage smooch on her Twitter page, saying: "Thanks, Chase, for the kiss and thanks Louisville for rocking so hard tonight! We had fun. #liptolip"
A video of the smooch was later posted online. Check it out below, courtesy of the Louisville Courier-Journal.
