Liam Neeson recently appeared nearly naked on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" during a stunt aimed at raising money for breast cancer research during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
On Monday's episode, the 60-year-old Irish actor first appeared on stage wearing a short, pink bathrobe, with a golden cross peeking out from his partially-exposed chest. A female fan, who is a breast cancer survivor, was chosen to throw pink balls at a target that would trigger a container of water to be dumped on the actor, who was told to sit on a nearby chair.
"If I take this off, does the $10,000 become $20,000? Just asking?" Neeson said.
"I'll make that happen," host Ellen DeGeneres said.
Neeson then took off the bathrobe to reveal a pair of hot pink briefs and sat down on the chair as the audience screamed with delight. The woman and DeGeneres both threw balls at the target. Neeson got soaked but seemed unfazed as he chewed on what appeared to be a toothpick.
The actor is currently promoting his latest movie, "Taken 2," which sees him reprising his role as retired CIA agent Bryan Mills from the first film. The sequel also stars returning actresses Maggie Grace and Famke Janssen and hits theaters on Friday, October 5.
