Nicole Kidman hit the red carpet premiere of her upcoming film "The Paperboy" in New York in a red hot dress.
The 45-year-old actress wore a Hockney tree lace dress with fire red embroideries to the film's premiere during the 2012 New York Film Festival on Wednesday, October 3. The dress is from the L'Wren Scott Spring/Summer 2013 collection. Kidman finished off her look with a pair of Lady lattice shoes in fire red patent leather.
Kidman's husband, country singer Keith Urban, accompanied her to the premiere. The couple appeared cozy in many photos from the event.
"The Paperboy" is about a reporter named Ward Jansen, played Matthew McConaughey, who returns to his hometown in Florida to investigate the events surrounding a murder in hopes of exonerating Hillary Van Wetter, played by John Cusack, who is death row.
Kidman plays Wetter's seductive lover Charlotte Bless. Zac Efron also stars in the film as Ward's younger brother Jack, who helps him investigate the case and falls for Charlotte.
The film, which was directed by "Precious" director Lee Daniels, is set to hit theaters on October 5.
