Julianne Moore was recently robbed and $127,000 worth of Cartier jewelry was stolen from her five-story brownstone home in New York.
The 51-year-old actress reported ten pieces of jewelry missing, including a necklas, bracelets and watchers. She told police on October 1 that they disappeared between June 6 and August 28. According to the Associated Press, no arrests have been made.
Moore's brownstone, which is located in Manhattan's West Village, is reportedly undergoing an interior renovation and has had between 15 and 25 construction workers present for much of the summer.
One contractor told the New York Times that there has been "a great deal of activity" but did not say anything about the burglary.
Moore lives at the home with her husband, director Bart Freundlich and their two children - Caleb, 14 and Liv, 10.
Moore recently took home the Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Miniseries or a Movie for her portrayal of Sarah Palin in the HBO TV movie, "Game Change."
