Halloween 2012 is less than 21 days away, but pop star Katy Perry and several major TV stars are already getting into the spirit of the holiday.
The singer attended the 4th Annual Los Angeles Haunted Hayride VIP Premiere Night on Sunday night, wearing a slick, cropped leather jacket studded with spikes, a red, blue and purple paisley maxi dress and a black hat.
Others spotted at the event included Derek Hough, who is currently competing in ABC's "Dancing With The Stars: All-Stars," Lucy Hale of the ABC Family show "Pretty Little Liars," Emma Kenney, Cameron Monaghan and Shanola Hampton of the Showtime series "Shameless," Christa B. Allen and Ashley Madekwe of the ABC drama series "Revenge," Sarah Hyland of the ABC sitcom "Modern Family and boyfriend Matt Prokop.
Also on Sunday, Perry sang at a fundraiser for President Barack Obama's reelection campaign, which was held at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. Other performers included Jon Bon Jovi, Stevie Wonder, Earth, Wind & Fire and Jennifer Hudson. Perry sported red, white and blue-colored nails decorated with Obama's face and the Democratic Party logo, although her nails appeared unpainted at the hayride.
Perry is also preparing to celebrate her 28th birthday on October 25, six days before Halloween.
