According to Salahi's manager, 58-year-old Journey guitarist Neal Schon, got down on one knee and proposed to Salahi during a benefit concert for the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center in Baltimore Sunday. Salahi said yes accompanied by cheers from the crowd.
The couple began dating last year while she was still married.
Her former husband Tareq Salahi later filed for divorce.
The Salahis first gained notoriety in 2009 by crashing a White House state dinner and being photographed with President Barack Obama.
