Courtney Stodden, a reality star and glamour model who rose to fame after marrying "LOST" actor Doug Hutchison when she was 16, will not make her live singing debut at a gay and lesbian bar in West Hollywood next week as originally planned.

Stodden, now 18, was set to perform her new single, "Reality," for the first time and dance on a stripper pole at The Abbey Food and Bar on November 21.

A rep for the club told E! News that her management had approached the venue but that "ultimately she just wasn't a fit," while Stodden's mother told the outlet that the gig was canceled because "It was too much for the Abbey to handle, too much press and controversy."

Stodden has not commented. The teenager, who has released music online before, appeared with her 52-year-old husband on the second season of the VH1 reality show "Couple's Therapy." The two, who wed in 2011, have drawn attention and criticism over their age difference and because they wed when she was 16.

Stodden has also gained fans thanks to the media attention over her marriage and currently has more than 115,000 Twitter followers. She is active on the social networking site and often shares racy photos and videos of herself wearing skimpy outfits and platform heels.

The pair opened up about their relationship on "Good Morning America" several months ago and Hutchison said he did not know Stodden was underage when they began their online courtship.
