An alleged reunion between pop sensation Justin Bieber and actress Selena Gomez ended badly on Friday, November 16.

The two, who reportedly broke up earlier this month, reunited in Los Angeles recently and dined together at a Japanese restaurant in the San Fernando Valley, according to E! News.

The outlet quotes a source who claims the Bieber and Gomez spent 10 minutes inside the restaurant before exiting and appearing angry. The two left in separate cars, with Bieber reportedly following Gomez home.

Bieber tried to get into to Gomez's home, but she was not responding.

Previously, a source close to 18-year-old Bieber and 20-year-old Gomez told ABC News that the couple split and noted that their busy schedules made it hard to maintain a relationship. Gomez and Bieber and their respective spokespeople had no immediate comments on the report at the time.

There were rumors that Beiber began spending time with Victoria's Secret model Barbara Palvin, 19. Palvin denied she was dating Bieber, Tweeting on November 9, "Hey everyone. please calm down. he is all yours!! :) please."

Gomez and Bieber first sparked dating rumors in December 2010, when they were photographed at an IHOP in Philadelphia. The following month, in January 2011, the two were photographed kissing in St. Lucia, where they rang in the New Year. After the pictures surfaced online, Gomez received death threats.

In February 2011, the two sparked rumors of an engagement when Gomez was spotted wearing a diamond ring on her engagement finger. Her spokesperson denied the female singer had plans to wed.

Bieber is currently on a world tour to promote his recent album, "Believe," while Gomez recently wrapped production on the Disney Channel's "Wizards of Waverly Place" TV movie, which she executive produced.
