The 44-year-old Emmy-winning actor, who currently stars on "Pretty Little Liars" and once starred on "Life Goes On," Tweeted about the birth of their second child several days ago. He took to Twitter again on Tuesday, November 20, to reveal her name.
"My wife @ikimlowe & I want to thank everyone again for the kind words of congratulations on the birth of our daughter Fiona Hepler Lowe!" he said.
Lowe first announced his wife's pregnancy in June. This is the second child for the couple, who wed in 2010. The two have a 3-year-old daughter named Mabel.
Lowe was previously married to actress Hilary Swank between 1997 and 2007. They have no children together.
