Police say a couple in the process of getting a divorce had an argument at the busy intersection of 18th Street and Sepulveda Boulevard in Manhattan Beach.
The woman's phone was inside the man's vehicle, and her hand got stuck briefly inside the car. The man started to drive off, but the woman jumped on the hood.
Police arrived and were able to safely free the woman and arrest the driver. He was booked for assault with a deadly weapon.
