3.4-magnitude earthquake hits near Hesperia

A 3.4-magnitude earthquake struck the Inland Empire on Monday. There were no immediate reports of damage or injury.

The small quake, which hit at 4:58 p.m. PT, had a low depth of 3.9 miles. It was centered seven miles east, southeast of Hesperia.

Residents reported feeling shaking from the earthquake in Victorville, Twin Peaks, Apple Valley, Hesperia, Lake Arrowhead and Lucerne Valley.
