Taylor Swift, Carly Rae Jepsen and more are set to perform at "Dick Clark's New Years Rockin' Eve 2013" on December 31.
The annual celebration is set to feature Swift as headliner of the New York City Times Square party where she'll be joined by performers Carly Rae Jepsen and Neon Trees, as well as returning hosts Ryan Seacrest and Jenny McCarthy. On the west coast, host Fergie will be joined by performers Brandy, Flo Rida, Karmin, OneRepublic, Pitbull and more.
The night's festivities begin at 8 p.m. with a two-hour special called "New Year's Rockin' Eve Celebrates Dick Clark," and will honor the late legend's legacy with clips and reminiscences. The special is set to be hosted by Fergie and Jenny McCarthy.
Some of the announced musical guests took to their Twitter accounts to express their excitement for the celebration.
"Guess what? We get to spend New Years Eve together! We will be playing @OfficialNYRE this year! Excited to bring in 2013 w/ all our fans!" the band Neon Trees Tweeted on November 27.
"What are your plans to ring in 2013? We'll be performing on@officialNYRE this year from the West Coast with @fergie! #NYRE" the band OneRepublic Tweeted on November 27.
The show, which began with Clark in 1971, is set to be the first special that won't feature the late legend who passed away in April from a massive heart attack at age 82.Seacrest, who is set to take over hosting duties, Tweeted about the loss of his friend and influence.
"I am deeply saddened by the loss of my dear friend Dick Clark," Seacrest Tweeted on April 18. "He has truly been one of the greatest influences in my life."
The show, "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2013," will air at 10 p.m. ET.
