Pinkney Badgett, who goes by the name "Harold," was arrested in 2010 after police found boxes of child pornography in his Santa Ana apartment. Police said Badgett's victims ranged in age from 1 to 11 years old.
Badgett was in court Friday for pretrial hearings, but he ended up pleading guilty to all 12 counts, including forcible lewd act upon a child, lewd or lascivious act with minor, exhibition of lewd material to minor, oral copulation or sexual penetration with child 10 years or younger, and possession of child pornography.
In an Eyewitness News exclusive report in 2010, Badgett's stepdaughter claimed he preyed on her and other family members.
