Kat Von D of "LA Ink" fame was recently granted a temporary restraining order against a man she claims has been stalking her on Twitter as well as in person.
The reality star, whose real name is Katherine Drachenberg, filed court documents in Los Angeles on December 3. According to the papers, obtained by OTRC.com, she alleges that a man named Michael Nunn has been trying to contact her online since April and showed up at her business.
He also allegedly called Von D's home phone number from outside Von D's house on April 29. The alleged stalker also sent a box of candy to Von D's house on May 5, according to the website.
Von D reportedly told Nunn to stop attempting to contact her on May 29, but Nunn later Tweeted out her phone number after the incident. The reality star's paperwork also claims that Nunn believes Von D as well as others are trying to send him coded messages.
"@thekatvond cute how you use your friends :) I figure eventurally the game will just end and then we can meet like adults," Nunn wrote in one Tweet that was attached to Von D's filing as a screengrab. "@thekatvond until then, you're just gonna fate whomever and Im just gonna plug along. Gonna try and transder to Santa Monica..."
A hearing on Von D's request to make the restraining order permanent is scheduled for December 21.
