Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum are one of the few couples within "The Bachelor" franchise to make it down the aisle.
The couple dished in an interview with WABC Television, the sister station of OTRC.com's parent company, KABC-Television about some details of their wedding and why they chose Chris Harrison as the person to officiate the ceremony.
"Honestly, it went perfectly," Hebert said in the interview, which can be viewed below.
"From start to finish not one hiccup," Rosenbaum said. "There was a hint of rain that we were worried about but when we got up there sun came out, I mean it was ... everything went perfectly."
Hebert added, "I think it was above and beyond anything we ever could have thought, as cheesy as it sounds."
The couple tied the knot on December 1 in Pasadena, California. Hebert, 28, and Rosenbaum, 35, were surrounded by friends and family for the outdoor ceremony including fellow reality franchise stars Ali Fedotowsky, Emily Maynard and Jason and Molly Mesnick.
"The Bachelor" and "Bachelorette" host Chris Harrison officiated the ceremony and the couple explained why they chose the host to be the one to marry them.
"He's been there from the beginning. He met Ashley on Brad's season," Rosenbaum explained. "He's seen her at her best and worst and me at my best and worst and he's just been there throughout and he's been a friend off the show and when we sat down to decide who we wanted to marry us he was really -- he was the first choice."
"He was really the only person we were considering," Hebert said. "We didn't want people to think it was silly. We didn't want people to think he was the host of our wedding. He is ordained, so we are actually married and we wouldn't change anything."
