The development project planned for the Village Trailer Park, located on the 2900 block of Colorado Avenue, would have relocated current residents to a different mobile home park nearby.
After a six year fight against the owner and the City Council, many Village Trailer Park residents are happy to know that they'll be allowed to say in their homes.
The Council has ordered city staff to continue negotiating with the trailer park's developer, Mark Luzzatto, and discuss plans for reconfiguring the project.
Luzzato has not released a statement following the latest decision.
